How to become a member:
To be a member of the gardens you will put in an application for one of the categories identified above. All these categories are now covered in the one Membership & Plot Hire Application Form as above. To access the Form, click on the link above and complete the form.

You can email the completed copy to TCOGA.Secretary@gmail.com or deliver a printed copy to our gardens with record of payment.

Hiring a plot:
If you are interested in hiring a plot, you will need to contact the Treasurer by email or go to the gardens to speak with the plot coordinator or a Management Committee member regarding what plots are available. The best times to do so are on a Wednesday or Sunday between 9am and 10.30am – these are our social days at the gardens.

Once a plot has been identified, then a form will need to be completed and payment provided. If there are no plots available, then you will be added to a waitlist. Whist waiting for a plot to become available, we encourage you to assist in the communal areas of the gardens.

Don’t forget to peruse the TCOGA Membership Handbook, this contains valuable information for all members. Plot holders, in particular, will find essential guidelines on what’s permissible and what’s not, in developing and maintaining your individual plot in accordance with out organic and non-chemical gardening ethos.

At TCOGA, we adhere to the TCOGA Code of Conduct and operate in accordance with the Rules of Association governing our organisation. Also, all TCOGA members are covered by insurance through our insurer QWaLC (Queensland Water and Land Carers).
