Membership Categories:
Ordinary Member: Individuals can join our community for just $30 annually.
Family Membership: Ideal for couples and families, including children, at an annual fee of $40.
Group Membership: Designed for schools and businesses, with an annual fee of $30.
Carer Membership: Complimentary for those assisting an ordinary member.
How to become a member:
To be a member of the gardens you will put in an application for one of the categories identified above. Once you have determined your category, to access the application forms, simply click on the links above to download them and complete the form.
You can email the completed copy to TCOGA.Secretary@gmail.com or deliver a printed copy to our gardens with payment.
Hiring a plot:
If you are interested in hiring a plot, you will need to contact the Secretary by email or go to the gardens to speak with the plot coordinator or a member regarding what plots are available on a Wednesday or Sunday.
Once a plot has been identified, then the plot form will need to be completed and payment provided. If there are no plots available, then you will be added to a waitlist.
Don’t forget to peruse the TCOGA Members’ Handbook, containing valuable information for all members. Plot holders, in particular, will find essential guidelines on what’s permissible and what’s not.
Remember, we adhere to the TCOGA Code of Conduct and operate in accordance with the Rules of Association governing our organisation.
